So my buddies are trying to find property now, we survey alot of project and yet.
Prices are what we concern about, there are way too many projects around but whats project is below rm400k and yet can be investment/homestay?

Don't really see that price tag for new launched properties in PJ and KL Area. If you want the property below 400k then maybe you can have a try at Cheras/Kajang that area. But don't think it's suitable for homestay aite? Perhaps Rawang/Serendah? Just my suggestions.
