Seller ask if agent help buyer approach her to sell and she agreed. Should buyer pay agent fees or seller should pay? 

As per the law, actually it is not allowed to collect agent fee from both side ie. the seller and the buyer. Don't know why BOVAEA is not doing anything about this.

yup penang most common practice collect 0.85% from both side

but according to BOVAEA this is not the correct practice.. but many still do so ...
