Veteran property developer, Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd (KSL) (a wholly subsidiary of KSL Holdings Berhad) has introduced a customer loyalty initiative - KSL Pals Program, to reward valued loyal purchasers and business owners of its central region properties located in Klang and Kuala Lumpur. Aiming to enhance customer experiences, the initiative was made to boost the brand presence of Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd as one of the best property developers in Malaysia.

Explaining the concept of this loyalty program, Project Director of KSL Bandar Bestari, Mr. Patrick Khoo stated that, KSL Pal’s Program is determined by the accumulative value of the purchased properties which is subsequently categorized into Insider, Elite and VIP. Each tier has its own member’s privileges and benefits designed to fit the member’s exclusivity. Among the privileges are special invitations to KSL corporate events, priority to select units before public launches, additional rewards for subsequent property purchase, as well as to cash out their accumulated points gained upon successful referral.

With a membership card and loyalty mobile application, purchasers can acknowledge where they are on the loyalty journey, how many points they earn, and what they can do with those points. The members will also be among the first to receive notifications for upcoming events and ongoing promotions.

In short, the idea was to achieve stronger engagement, added Patrick Khoo.


Virtual Property Showcase

On a different note, KSL has also recently introduced a full 360° view Virtual Reality Tour for Maple Residences, a freehold serviced apartment completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in response to the new normal practice, which is to transform the way people buying property.

The platform featured video, nearby point of interest, and 100% client-consultant-meetings via Video Live Conferencing to maximise purchasers’ home-buying journey in the comfort of their home. One thing worth noting is that prospective buyers are not confined to view show units only but also 63,000 sf of the recreational floor, one of the unique selling points for Maple Residences.

Sharing on the progress, Mr. Khoo tells that 18 Madge Onsen Suite is targeted to be completed in Q2 2021.

18 Madge Onsen Suite is a luxury residential development located at Jalan Madge, Ampang that integrates a hot spring facility into its development. “The hot spring is channeled directly from natural resources in Bemban, Malacca that will offer a holistic luxury for residents to enjoy mineral-rich water, warmed to a perfect temperature.

The development has met the expectations of the target market which bestowed KSL Holdings Berhad as Malaysia’s Top 10 Developers by BCI Asia 2019. It comes with an indicative price of RM1,200 psf with built-up sizes from 2,234 sf, said Patrick Khoo.
