It always puzzles me why nowadays home buyers tend to buy condominiums and service apartments rather than the landed homes which I think is more of a value buy.

I think end of the day it depend on the purpose of your purchase in the mentioned property. Weather it’s for investment purpose or own stay. The area of the mentioned property do play a role as well.

if same area, same price and same size for a condo and landed, sure people will choose landed, unless he prefer condo facilties and stay in high floor.
