The former sleepy town of Kota Warisan in Sepang, Selangor is now undergoing rapid development, with InterContinental Hotels Group set to open the 250-room Holiday Inn hotel in the area by 2021. Property developers have descended into the area, and their properties are seeing strong sales due to the vicinity’s bright prospects.

In fact, IOI Properties Group recorded robust sales at its Alanis project in Warisan Puteri township. Similarly, most projects in Sime Darby Property’s Serenia City have been snapped up.
