Kwasa Land certainly has great potential with about 2,000 acres of land to properly plan a modern township. It is probably the last remaining land of such big acreage nearest to PJ and KL. Kwasa Land is a wholly owned subsidiary of EPF so the chances of the projects stalling is almost nil. Having said that, I understand that Kwasa Land is having JV arrangements with a few developers to drive the developments individually just like what PKNS did with Kota Damansara before. The challenge is that the overall development master plan must be well thought of and maintained as planned and the pricing are within the market reach for each categories. The plus points are the land is freehold although some part are leasehold, MRT stations are within, a mall is being planned and the accessibility via the improved Sg Buloh - Shah Alam highway and the DASH highway currently under construction.
