The Setia Fontaines Sales Gallery saw a huge turn up of interested buyers for their latest project, Amansara South.

S P Setia’s upcoming flagship development in Seberang Perai christened Setia Fontaines recently held a soft launch for the first phase of their residential project, Amansara South.

This first phase of Amansara South consists of three sub-phases which are Phase 1A single-storey terrace units, Phase 1B single and double-storey terrace units, and Phase 1C double-storey terrace units.

More than 80% of the 286 single storey units in Phase 1A and 1B were quickly snapped up while Phase 1C which consists of 108 units of double-storey units recorded a 70% take-up rate.

The two single-storey terrace house series, namely AS Joy and AS Bliss, come with a land size of 22 ft x 70 ft, and a spacious built-up size from 1,336 sf to 1,363 sf.

The single-storey units in Amansara South have built-up sizes ranging from 1,336 sf to 1,363 sf.

While the double-storey terrace house series, AS Glow, is built on the same land size as the single storey unit, home buyers are able to enjoy a larger living space as the units come with a built-up area of 1,835 sf.

AS Joy and AS Bliss is available from RM320,000 onwards, whereas AS Glow commands a starting price of RM420,000.

Setia Fontaines general manager Ricky Yeo, said, “We are encouraged by the response of the buyers and their interest in Amansara South as Setia Fontaines is our first foray into Seberang Perai.

The reason for the promising take-up rate is due to the reasonable price points coupled with unique development concepts, prime location, and a wide range of amenities within the township.”

AS Glow is the double-storey landed unit available at a starting price of RM420,000 onwards.

“This response also came after the successful launch of 111 units of shop offices in Setia Fontaines back in December 2018 which saw all units sold out through early bookings and balloting.
