Dato' Sr Lau Wei Seang
Ian Scott International (M) Sdn Bhd has recently appointed the former president of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) Dato’ Sr Lau Wei Seang as its first-ever chairperson.
At the official handing over of appointment at the company’s Leadership Series program held last month, Ian Scott International Asia proprietor Dato’ Sr Rosli Atan said Dato Lau will work hand-in-hand with Ian Scott International managing director, Sr Khaidzir Abdul Rasip to strengthen the company’s operations in providing integrated real estate consultancy services including business and intellectual property valuations.
Back in June 2019, the company as also appointed PNB Development’s former chief operating officer and Sime Darby Property’s senior vice president Tuan Haji Salem Kailany was as the chief executive officer of Ian Scott’s holding company, Rentier Advisory Services Sdn Bhd and as the executive partner of Ian Scott International (M) Sdn Bhd, in charge of project management and development consultancy.
In a statement, the company said, with his impressive background, Tuan Haji Salem brings a wealth of experience to expand the company’s services to niche areas in line with the vision of Dato’ Rosli.
Ian Scott is currently the exclusive marketing agent appointed to sell an award-winning shopping complex in Petaling Jaya. It is also actively looking for partners to expand their operation throughout Malaysia and the Asia Pacific.
