If a first-time homebuyer purchases a property priced RM300,000 with the SPA dated 31 December 2018, but the loan agreement is dated 16 January 2019, does the buyer eligible to the waiver of stamp duty for MOT and Loan Agreement? SPA is not a concern here since it is covered by the developer.
