What is the leadtime for EPF withdrawal after submission of SPA & other relevant documents  when buying a Leasehold Property ?

My personal experience with EPF, it was within ONE WEEK when i withdrawn from Account 2 to reduce my balance loan amount. It was direct bank in to the Mortgage account.
