Can someone share some advice on Nilai properties? Is it good for investment purpose? For future appreciation if I am able to hold for 10 years.

Nilai for me, really a good place to stay and for investment. In fact, Nilai is situated in the golden triangle of the southern growth corridor

Nilai area is just next to the upcoming Labu High Speed Rail station in Seremban... properties will appreciate in years to come, question is how much?
