Three33 Residence is a serviced residence located in the heart of the bustling Kepong Baru town. With 333 units available in a 23-storey tower, the complex is built, in their own words, for individual expression.
The complex comes with 4 layouts, with built-ups ranging from 760 to 912 sf. The units average 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whilst the Type A unit comes with 2 bedrooms, a study and 2 bathrooms.
Giving emphasis on “individual expression”, the layouts are designed in a way where there is ample space for tenants to put their own identity into a place they call home. The tai chi, zen and yoga zones are also included in the building to help with the wellbeing of tenants.
Being in the middle of almost everything, Three33 Residence already has a huge advantage on its side. Within a 5km radius, there is a large number of amenities at resident’s disposal. A short drive away brings tenants to Desa ParkCity, where a hospital and a number of amenities like schools are located. Further away from the township is Bandar Sri Damansara, where there are commercial hubs.
There are a good number of amenities within walking distance, or a short drive away from the residence. There is an AEON and AEON BiG nearby for residents to do their shopping, as well as a commercial hub that is abundant with restaurants, banks, convenience stores and service centres. There is also a large number of schools nearby, with the nearest being Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Bukit Maluri, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kepong Baru. The International School @ ParkCity is also a short drive away, while other big names such as the KL French School and Garden International School are also nearby.
Located right off Jalan Kepong, Three33 Residence has easy access to the whole of Kepong, and the Selayang-Kepong Highway which links to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Via the LDP, townships like Bandar Sri Damansara, Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara and Petaling Jaya are nearby. The Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway is also nearby, giving access to towns like Segambut, and Kuala Lumpur city centre.
Public transportation is also abundant here, with the Kepong and Segambut KTM stations nearby, and also the new Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations ready for use. The three MRT stations that are within a stone’s throw away are the Kepong, Metro Prima and Kepong Sentral stations.
