Serini is a new development that is rapidly redefining the vibrant township of Melawati. Serini is a sprawling integrated project with a premium retail lifestyle mall, corporate centre and green-designed central park all rolled into one. It aims to be one of the most prestigious and stylish developments in the township of Melawati.

Serini Melawati is a part of the new Melawati Urban Centre situated close to the upcoming Melawati Mall with stylishly designed units that are housed within the area’s tallest towers with incomparable panoramic views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline. Standing at 38 storeys tall that close to the city, Serini promises its residents unblocked views of the cityscape.

Serini is located close to a myriad of highways in form of Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Expressway (AKLEH) which will get residents of Serini to Ampang in 20 minutes and the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) which can get residents to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Mont Kiara in under half an hour. There is also proposed Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) which will enhance Serini’s connectivity to the various parts of Klang Valley.

In terms of public transportation there is the Taman Melati, Wangsa Maju and Setiawangsa LRT Station situated within a short drive from home. These train station are connected directly to KL Sentral the hub of all public transport in Kuala Lumpur.

Serini is has a moderate proportion of only 528 units spread out over two blocks of 38 storeys. This translates to a comparatively low density of approximately six units to a floor only, promising its residents a quiet and private living environment.

There is also the myriad of facilities provided for use of residents at RM0.30 psf maintenance fee, with a swimming and wading pool. Although the facilities are not as comprehensive as a top range serviced apartment may offer, there is an interesting ‘Eye on the Moon’ facility located at the rooftop where residents can stargaze.

Despite the appeal in this project, there are however concerns regarding the traffic condition in Melawati as the existing roads are not designed to handle such heavy traffic; hence prospective buyers are urged to prepare to face traffic congestion.
