More amenities will require about 10 minutes’ drive from Mutiara View in the town of Bayan Baru, where commercial hubs and retail malls like Udini Square, Maritime Automall, a Tesco hypermarket and the e-Gate commercial hub can be found. Within 15 minutes are Queensbay Mall, Krystal Point, and even 1st Avenue Mall in Georgetown.
Accessibility wise, Mutiara View is about 2 minutes from Jalan Masjid Negeri and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah via Jalan Yeap Chor Ee and Jalan Bukit Gambir just off the property. The Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Jalan Tun Dr. Awang is also within easy access of the property. With that, the first Penang bridge is about 10 minutes from Mutiara View and there are multiple ways to access Bayan Lepas, which is just under 20 minutes’ drive away. Georgetown on the other hand, is a little over 15 minutes northeast of the residence.
