Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

TTDI is a highly affluent township located on the very borders of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, otherwise known as Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Centrally located in a hub of activity, the majority of the tenants who live here are of the upper income group.

Unknown to many, this township was named after Malaysia’s first ambassador to the United States, giving this neighborhood further prestige. Originally a rubber estate, TTDI was developed by UDA Seapark Sdn Bhd, a company established by two experienced developers.

Thirty years later, TTDI is now a highly self-sufficient and fully integrated township with a healthy mix of Malays and Chinese, as per the developer’s original intentions of creating a community of mixed races with excellent neighbourly interactions.

Being what it is today, homes in TTDI are highly sought after for their central location and upper end community. Property investors find this place a gold mine as the prices are always on the increasing trend, with even better profits looming in the future with the coming completion of the TTDI MRT Station.

It's one of the oldest residential neighbourhoods we can find in KL. Having grown up here, I am pleased that I don't have to leave TTDi for my meals, grocery, banking stuff and even eye care!
