Daiman G Living is a collection of landed homes located in the Taman Gaya development in Johor Bahru. Daiman G Living is also known as Precinct 4B, where the “G” in Daiman G Living appears to stand for “glamour”. The 152 homes within certainly aspire to live up to that concept, with 5 variants of spacious and elegantly designed landed homes, of which include cluster, semi-detached, and bungalow units.
There are 3 variants of the double-storey cluster homes at Daiman G Living, which include Aurora (Type A), Beau (Type B) and Chloe (Type C). The Aurora homes offer 2,452 sf of interior space, each occupying a 35’ x 70’ land. The Beau units are 2,689 sf in size, sitting on 35’ x 80’ land. The city centre of JB is accessible via the Tebrau Highway, where the Johor Immigration Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ), and the Johor–Singapore Causeway are a short 20 minutes’ journey from the development.
